As part of the Corporate Secretariat Team, you will provide corporate secretariat support to the Group's portfolio of entities, including, but not limited to the following.
Provide corporate secretarial support for entities maintained by the Group and guidance to team members
Support the functions of the corporate secretariat department, ensure regulatory compliance with Companies Act and other requirements
Handle wide spectrum of corporate secretarial works including preparation of Board resolutions, documents, minutes of meetings as well as announcements
Assist in the logistics for the Board Meetings
Ensure that the statutory records of group of companies are updated and maintained on timely basis, as required under the provisions of the Companies Act 1967
Liaise with auditors, ACRA officers and other external parties
Support supervisor in all aspects of secretariat and compliance, participate in new initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned by him/her
Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor with Corporate Secretarial qualification
At least 7 years of relevant experience
Experience in public listed company would be a bonus
Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies’ Act and provide guidance to the Corporate Secretariat team to ensure compliance
Conscientious and meticulous, good organisational skills, able to work independently and well under pressure
Proactive and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including using Excel and Word
