Job description

This role will report into the Director, Corporate Research, Planning and External Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Council and EXCO matters and meetings
  • Ensure that decisions of the Council are properly communicated and implemented
  • Manage annual general meetings, extraordinary general meetings, and elections of Council members and Industrial Relations Panel members
  • Coordinate and organise events and meetings involving Council Members
  • Manage corporate research to support corporate strategy, development and planning
  • Work with other departments to drive SNEF’s strategic goals
  • Organise townhalls or events to engage staff on SNEF’s strategies, workplan and important matters affecting SNEF
  • Manage enterprise risk management
  • Manage monthly management meetings
  • Manage relations with tripartite partners and related organisations
  • Co-secretariat for Tripartite Collective with MOM and NTUC
  • Manage relations with foreign labour-related organisations and counterparts

Qualifications:

  • Degree with a major in Business, Communications or other related disciplines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good project management and organising skills
