Job summary

A global management school in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for a B2B sales role. You will identify and engage corporate clients for executive education programs, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience, as well as excellent communication skills. Qualifications

Reporting to: Head of Executive Education / CEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert corporate clients for executive education programs (customized and open enrolment)
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal development, follow-up, and closure
  • Build long-term relationships with HR, L&D, and senior leadership across industries
  • Collaborate with academic and program teams to design relevant learning solutions
  • Represent the institution at business events, forums, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting in CRM system

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Targets: Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Lead Generation: Minimum number of qualified B2B leads/prospects
  • Client Engagements: meaningful meetings or presentations conducted with decision-makers
  • Client Relations: Maintain relations with existing clients and new ones

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree 2 to 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in executive education, corporate training, or consulting
