About the role
You provide support on the governance and oversight of all Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) contracts in meeting contract readiness.


What you will be working on


  • Perform secretariat duties for monthly meeting
  • Manage high volume of contract information and data for tracking contract readiness and generating status reports
  • Provide sound advices and guidance on outsourcing and contracting strategies
  • Support the section in identifying enhancements in governance, policies in managing outsourcing risk
  • Facilitate competency development and knowledge management in outsourcing and contracting


Challenge(s)


  • Developing good understanding on Navy’s operational needs to formulate outsourcing, contracting strategies
  • Working with high volume of information and data from various agencies


What we are looking for


  • Education in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years experience and knowledge in contract management, procurement, supply or maintenance-related business is preferred
  • Good logical thinking, analytical, interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (adept in MS Word and Excel)
  • Prior relevant work experience in data processing/analysis is advantageous
