You manage contractual and financial matters for maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to MINDEF/SAF guidelines.
What You Will Be Working On
- Manage contractual and financial matters for maintenance contracts under your portfolio
- Ensure adherence to MINDEF/SAF guidelines in contract execution
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify transactional risks
- Recommend changes to keep internal control measures relevant and adequate
- Manage and monitor budgets allocated to contracts
- Evaluate resource and fund deployment effectiveness
Challenge(s)
- Staying current with finance and audit policy changes
- Evaluating and identifying gaps in existing processes
- Making sound recommendations to bridge identified gaps
- Managing diverse contracts with various pricing mechanisms
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Logistics Management or a related field
- 3 years of experience in outsourcing or contracting procedures is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analytical and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
