Job summary

ELEVATE STAFFING is seeking a driven Manager/Consultant to support financial services clients and drive strategic and operational improvements.

You will analyse client requirements, develop recommendations, manage consulting projects from planning through to implementation, and build strong client relationships.

Requirements include 3–7 years in consulting or related field and a degree in business/finance. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and analyticalManager / Consultantto support financial services clients and business initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, develop solutions and drive strategic and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on business, financial and operational matters.
• Analyse client requirements, business performance and market trends.
• Develop recommendations and practical solutions to address client needs.
• Manage consulting projects from planning through to implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Work closely with internal teams to implement agreed solutions and monitor outcomes.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Monitor developments within the financial services industry and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, business development, strategy, relationship management or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, insurance or other financial services will be an advantage.
