What the role is:

You support in strategic and long-term planning for compensation and service injury transformation efforts.

What you will be working on:

- Review and enhance compensation policies
- Transform service injury management processes
- Improve service delivery systems
- Develop strategic long-term plans
- Manage stakeholder relationships

What we are looking for:

- Education in Human Resource is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in policy formulation, with 2 years in a managerial role is preferred
- Strong analytical ability

- Good negotiation skills
- Must be resourceful, resilient, and empathetic
