Broad Based Compensation

Participate in group-level projects across various areas of rewards, including:

  • Performance Management: Support the development and enhancement of performance evaluation processes that align with compensation.

  • Allowances: Review and optimize allowances to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

  • Annual Remuneration Cycle: Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments.

  • Market Salary Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and equitable.

Compensation Systems
  • Gain hands-on experience with compensation management systems, including their functionality and capabilities.

  • Evaluate existing compensation systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.

  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system improvements and ensure seamless integration with HR processes.

Requirement

  • Able to work within a matrix environment

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
