Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategy to increase the screening and vaccination rate in the population in the West.
  2. Develop and implement prototypes to test the strategies.
  3. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to implement plans to increase screening and vaccination rate.
  4. Analyze data for screening and vaccination.
  5. Track and analyze screening and vaccination rate in population.
  6. Determine areas for outreach to increase screening rates.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  2. Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
  3. Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.
  4. Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration.
  5. Minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare.
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Experience in strategic planning and/or program development would be advantageous.
