The Manager, Communications (Digital Media), is responsible for supporting strategic brand and programme communications initiatives, including conceptualising, project managing, implementing, and impact measuring. This role will require close collaboration with the Foundation’s programmes teams and the media and digital content creation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in brand and digital communications and programme marketing strategy development to promote target audience engagement, brand awareness and programme storytelling
  • Establish positioning and messaging, identify target audiences for programmes/themes, and develop tactics and implement integrated and digital communications plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments for these programmes/themes
  • Work directly with key internal and external stakeholders to support programme digital marketing and communications needs, to raise profile of TF brand and programmes with innovative approaches and comms products
  • Working in partnership with the creative team (and influencers/personalities, where applicable), develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing and public-facing communications, including print, digital media platforms, and video assets, and operationalise the plans
  • Identify and track effectiveness and impact of current integrated communications initiatives with analysis, and adjust accordingly
  • Ensure optimal utilisation of programme communications/publicity budgets towards organisational objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in social media agencies, or the social service or public sector
  • Have an eye for good story and narrative angles
  • Experience and familiarity with content creation on digital platforms like TikTok, Instagram, FB and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, and well-organised
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing budgets and measuring ROI
