Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute external communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility in Singapore, Vietnam, the United States of America and others.
2. Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and building relationships with key journalists and influencers.
3. Manage content creation for external platforms, including social media.
4. Manage our social media community, maintaining and monitoring our social media channels to ensure content is always on brand and comments are responded to promptly. The successful candidate will also create content for our channels to keep our followers engaged with our brand.
5. Develop and implement internal communication plans to engage employees in Singapore.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our Vietnam office to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business priorities.
7. Organize and support internal events, including town halls, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership communication sessions.
8. Serve as the primary communications contact for Vietnam, managing all communications independently while ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
9. Craft engaging and factual content in English and Vietnamese, focusing on creative storytelling.
10. Plan, edit, and curate content for various communication channels like LinkedIn, Town halls, Events, and regular memos.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or Social Media.
2. 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, with a mix of external and internal communications responsibilities.
3. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, compelling content for diverse audiences. (candidates may be asked to take a written test)
4. Experience in managing media relations and digital communication platforms.
5. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
7. Proficiency in the Vietnamese language is a significant advantage to support market-specific needs.
8. Knowledge of Southeast Asia's media landscape particularly in Singapore and Vietnam is a plus.
