You will report directly to the Director of North America Sales. Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with sales leadership peers (both domestically and internationally), as well as with marketing, enablement, solution consulting, customer success, finance, legal, operations, and product teams.What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on Manage and lead your team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass new business and expansion ARR targets. Organize and support the team in generating meetings and maintaining pipeline coverage. Embody the organizations core values and foster a cohesive, supportive culture. Accurately and clearly forecast business performance. Gather feedback from the field, ensure data integrity, and communicate insights to leadership and other departments. Communicate, cascade, and contextualize strategy from leadership to your team. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment. Support the enablement and development of your team, focusing on both current roles and future growth. Coach team members through their sales process, balancing Sandler methodology/MEDDPICC with a positive buyer experience. Maintain an active talent pipeline and manage recruitment to fill openings or accommodate growth. Enhance business capabilities through partnerships.What does it take to work at LastPass Experience leading high-velocity inside sales teams. Proven track record of excellence and perseverance in sales. Intellectual curiosity about identity management and cybersecurity. Alignment with LastPass core values. Strong data literacy and analytical skills. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability to change. Understanding and appreciation for creating customer value. Technical aptitude.It's great, but not required: Experience in the cybersecurity industry. Experience with product-led growth strategies. Strong presentation skills. Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or other B2B sales methodologies.
