As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Serve as the strategic financial partner to business management (including CMO, VP Consumer Marketing and Director SalesOps) owning business performance management, providing recommendations and facilitating commercial decisions.
• Lead and execute the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyse financial performance, variances, and trends, providing insights into drivers of business performance and potential areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis.

We are looking for someone who:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis including financial business partnering with management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility, determination, and adaptability.
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks and initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
