As a Manager, Clinical Affairs and Operation, you will be responsible for the following duties:
As lead secretariat, work with Medical Director to drive meaningful agendas and discussions.
Prepare necessary meeting materials and slides, and disseminate to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Ensure clinical governance structures are well established and effective.
Track and ensure that issues raised are followed up and addressed timely, and work plans are implemented per agreed milestones.
Evaluate implications of and ensure compliance/alignment with clinical policies or standards.
Work with key process owners and stakeholders on the development and revision of clinical governance policies, procedure manuals and work instructions.
Support cluster-level committees and initiatives for quality and patient safety.
Support in the design and formulation of clinical dashboard indicators for accountability and monitoring of quality and patient safety indicators.
Coordinate activities related to licensing and serve as liaison person for any queries on licensing.
Work with stakeholders to identify and manage clinical risks.
Support investigation of clinical incidents, complaints and/or any non-compliance to clinical care standards.
Facilitate and ensure timely escalation and reporting of clinical incidents and complaints.
Maintain system for reporting of incident reporting and management of medico-legal complaints.
Work with clinical leads to develop strategies for mitigation of clinical risks.
Identify opportunities and work with internal and external partners to drive continuous clinical quality improvement and standards in the community.
Effectively manage and drive clinical quality improvement/assurance training and programmes.
Review the quality and effectiveness of clinical services (e.g. through system audits and monitoring of clinical quality and safety indicators).
Any other task as assigned.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor Degree in healthcare or business related fields.
