Responsibilities

• Ensure the clinical team establishes and maintains a positive and supportive relationship with clients in the programme and provides direct intervention when necessary.

• Ensure the clinical team upholds client confidentiality and implements a secure system.

• Deliver educational talks on selected mental health topics to various community groups, such as schools, parents, families and other social service agencies.

• Provide supervision and guidance to interns, counsellors and youth workers.

• Collaborate with Directors to explore potential grants and oversee compliance with grant requirements.

• Handle complex cases and deliver appropriate crisis intervention support.
