What The Role Is
You are responsible for conducting recruitment events such as career fairs and talks for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS). You will also manage applicants' expectations and concerns pre-hiring and during hiring process.
What You Will Be Working On
- Conduct recruitment events and manage recruitment related projects
- Manage applicants' expectations and concerns
- Conduct administration actions for recruitment related taskings
Challenge(s)
- Being adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand the changing landscape for potential candidates
- Being well versed with industry Human Resource (HR) practices relating to recruitment
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in communication or marketing related areas is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement abilities
