The incumbent will be task to take an active role in designing, implementing and maintenance ISCS system.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for designing, implementing and maintenance ISCS system to ensure maximum performance.
- Working closely with client to determine their needs.
- Building and managing close customer relationships
- Asking pertinent questions that lead to arriving at solutions
- Development of solutions options and supporting data regarding key performance factors that matter to the client
- Presentation of solutions options and evaluation of tradeoffs.
- Develop and maintain operation documentation.
- Able to lead system operation inputs for OMPD corelating to systems architecture, functional, safety and performance design inputs for ISAD, GFR and ISPS documents.
- Attend regular monthly OMPD meetings with Client and various SWCs to finalize content of OMPD for joint review, agreement, sign off and submission.
- Assist the Project Manager, Technical Manager and Technical Specialists with regards to the execution of Project Deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Communications or Computer Engineering with 5-10 years experience proven track record.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the railway industry.
- Good knowledge of standard contractual / commercial terms and conditions for engineering projects.
- Possess relevant SCADA systems knowledge.
- Familiar with Railway Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS).
- Excellence communication and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team.
- Proficiency in commonly used and specialized software
- Demonstrated ability to work in high pace and changing environments

- The incumbent reports to VP/Head, C3, Mobility Rail
