Team Profile: Our Business Transformation Services (BTS) practice collaborates with clients worldwide across various sectors, developing growth and transformation plans. The Digital Technology & Transformation Services Team within BTS specializes in M&A transactions and Performance Improvement through large-scale digital transformation programs, involving expertise in customer experience, digital strategy, enterprise IT, data analytics, automation, cybersecurity, and more.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Prioritize activities, ensure timely delivery, and respond promptly to feedback from clients and senior management.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, generate reliable data, and distill insights to understand clients' businesses and complex diligence matters.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with senior clients, set clear expectations, manage client expectations, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Communication & Soft Skills: Deliver high-quality reports and presentations, engage audiences effectively, and lead practice development initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDM with B.Tech from a reputed institute, with a technology background.
  • 4-8 years of experience in IT technology or consulting, including M&A transactions, IT due diligence, post-deal IT integration, and project lifecycle management.
Preferred Experience:
  • Cloud infrastructure strategy and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Enterprise applications strategy and IT operating models.
  • Digital strategy and customer experience design.
  • Experience in pre-sales and solution design.
