Administrative Duties:
- Manage the calendars of the Group CRO & Co-Group CFO, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist the Group CRO & Co-Group CFO in following up on important projects, including financing, risk cases, and other initiatives.
- Develop and maintain efficient office systems, such as document management and filing.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the director and team members as needed.
- Organize and securely store correspondence, documents, and digital information.
- Proactively manage and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Business Development Duties:
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies.
- Engage in marketing activities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and secure new opportunities.
- Assist in project management to ensure successful execution aligned with business goals.
- Participate in external communications and relationship management under the guidance of the Group CRO & Co-Group CFO.
- Prepare presentations for business development initiatives.
- Support ad hoc projects such as summits, offsites, and visits by shareholders or Chinese delegates.
- Facilitate communication and translation with Chinese stakeholders, partners, and associations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administrative or personal assistant roles, with business development experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CCS products and services.
- Experience in market research and business document drafting.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
- Highly efficient, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
