Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparation and compilation of all pre-qualification and tender preparation documentations (Tender/PQ requirements, Contract Award, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, Form of Tender, general support, etc.)

2. Responsible for doing market research for new business opportunities such as gathering early information on potential projects from business networks and monitoring of competitors activities

3. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of knowledge storehouse of client/project database. Including updating and maintenance of latest information for Project List (for PQ, Tender, Completed Projects, etc.)

4. Coordinate with PMs and send Customer Survey Forms for all completed projects to Clients/Consultants for feedback, then upload completed Forms to shared drive

5. Manage archives of publishing material, e.g., images/articles of Client’s completed projects

6. Coordinate and liaise with management/various departments to finalise mailing list

7. Assist in document preparation, such as Project Strategy Sheet and collection of client financial reports

8. Provide evaluation/findings and project results to HQ Tokyo in Japan on a regular basis

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Construction and/or Engineering industry preferably.

2. Well-versed in the processes and requirements of construction industry projects, both locally and across the Asia region.

3. Should possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Business Management/ Engineering or equivalent.

4. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently.

5. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines
