A dynamic financial institution is seeking a Manager for Business Channels, focusing on Customer Service and Operations in Singapore. The role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations while leading an operations team to maintain service excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess a degree or relevant certification, extensive experience in customer service management, and strong interpersonal skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of related working experience.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain seamless daily branch operations through leading and mentoring the operations team.
  • Solicit leads through referrals and cold calls to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and sales compliance related to FSA, KYC, AMLA.

As the Customer Service and Operations Manager reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless daily branch operations through leading, guiding, and mentoring the operations team. Your role includes maintaining HLB's policies, standards, compliance to BNM regulatory reporting, and handling customer inquiries or complaint escalation in a timely manner.Responsibilities:- Solicit leads through referrals and cold calls to achieve sales targets.- Actively cross-sell Banking/Financial products.- Assess and propose credit applications diligently.- Build rapport and relationships with customers to establish loyalty and increase product holding.- Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism.- Possess product knowledge, selling skills, market intelligence, and competitors" check.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and sales compliance related to FSA, KYC, AMLA, and internal policies & procedures.Requirements:- Malaysian citizen.- Degree/Diploma/Professional Certification from a recognized College/University.- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of related working experience.- Strong people management and leadership skills.- Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.- Welcome new challenges and possess a Think-Act-Own attitude.About Hong Leong Bank:Hong Leong Bank is a leading financial institution in Malaysia with a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
