Supported by Enterprise Singapore, the SME Centre@SICCI provides small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with business advisory services to help them start, sustain, and grow their businesses. The centre offers services including business diagnosis, advisory on government schemes, and capability workshops. SME Centre@SICCI aims to be the first-stop for Singapore-based enterprises looking to grow locally and expand overseas.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Advisory Manager at SME Centre@SICCI. The person will be responsible for providing business advisory services to SMEs, conducting business diagnosis, advising on government schemes, leading capability workshops, and participating in Group Base Upgrading Projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Business Advisory, Business Diagnosis, and Government Scheme Advisory
• Capability Workshop Facilitation
• Legal, Financial, Technology Innovation, and Overseas Expansion Advisory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the SME sector is a plus
• Fluency in Tamil language is an advantage
• Degree Holder with a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience preferably in previous engagement with SMEs and a good track record in advisory or consultation projects.
• Contribute to the success of SME Centre@SICCI with additional tasks as and when needed as delegated by the Centre Director.
