Job description:

Position Overview:

As a manager for the brand team, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and execution of new product strategies, ensuring that our master brand and sub-brands resonate strongly with our audience. This role involves collaborating across departments, managing destination experiences, and ensuring consistency in all branding efforts to elevate the brand's market position and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the senior management team in developing brand strategies that elevate the RWS brand portfolio, master brand and vertical brands, including defining brand positioning and crafting narratives that play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and business growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to translate the brand positioning into immersive, sensory experiences that create value for our customers and increase brand affinity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, stakeholders and vendors to execute brand experiences and activations.
  • Research and analyse emerging market trends - translate them into actionable insights and seek out new growth opportunities.
  • Translate commercial ideas and concepts into impactful and persuasive business presentations with compelling storytelling content, with the objective of forging new partnerships and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in brand management, brand development, customer journey mapping, or marketing communications.
  • Background in hotels and/or events and activation, preferably within the FMCG-luxury sector
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills, able to write/edit both short- and long-form content in a variety of styles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment, with an eye for detail.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to develop on-brand experiences and activations.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, from ideation through to execution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be a plus.
  • Knowledge in working with Adobe Creative Suites would be a plus.
