A leading HR services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to lead the HR operations team. This role includes responsibilities such as managing benefits policies, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with HR data standards. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in HR or Business Management, along with significant experience in operations and strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the team to review and streamline benefits related policies, guidelines and processes.
Implement improvements, including system enhancements and changes, or in other ad-hoc projects.
Lead the team to conduct random audit of the benefits provided and address the abnormalities through the use of technology/ or data analytics.
Manage the outsourced benefits vendors (such as Employee Benefits insurers and Insurance broker, staff wellbeing and wellness service provider, and corporate attractions system developer) and review the relevant reports submitted for reporting purposes.
Oversee and maintain the organization’ employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource/Business Management.
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations.
Takes initiatives, independent and able to work as a team player.
Meticulous, organized and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
