Pandora is seeking an Assortment Planning Manager to join Pandora’s new Cluster office in Singapore, reporting directly to the Merchandising Director. In this role, you will lead assortment planning across the region, ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring plans to local market needs.

What You’ll Do

As the Assortment Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing assortment strategies that drive commercial performance across the Cluster. You’ll work closely with regional and global teams to ensure collections are optimized for local relevance and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns local commercial strategy for the assortment and input to GO Merchandising with both relevant insights and size of the opportunity ($); Input on strategy by channel (O&O, SiS, ECOM) and partners
  • Owns and creates assortment packages to optimize distribution and store tiering strategy, in order to meet financial targets for the region
  • Owns local partner strategy, including sell-in events (if relevant) and GO input on key partners' strategy, to ensure GO is informed and coordinates with C&S and GSC expected volumes
  • Collaborates with GO-squad to ensure sell-out forecast captures local nuances and is accurate to meet business targets, including promotional activities
  • Owns and inputs to GO cluster and market commercial strategy, focusing on assortment and local nuances, through given milestones (e.g., 80%)
  • Collaborates with local market teams and global merchandising to execute strategies and seize commercial opportunities.
  • Analyzes local trade performance and provides actionable insights to GO, to inform in-season actions and future planning.
  • Delivers local postmortem analyses to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Works closely and partners with VM local execution to land and execute trays
  • Localizes range framework in close collaboration with global AP (trays, packages, store tiering, etc.)

What You Need to Succeed

We’re looking for a commercially driven, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You should be comfortable working with data, influencing stakeholders, and adapting to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Merchandising, Demand Planning, Buying, or Allocation.
  • Proven experience in merchandising within the Southeast Asia region.
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry, ideally within a regional or cluster context.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights and influence stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and persuasive, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Commercially focused, with a passion for driving growth and value.
  • Agile and innovative, able to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Proven leadership skills in a matrixed or multicultural environment.
