To lead and manage the undergraduate admissions and recruitment outreach events, student life activities, career preparatory talks and donor relationship in the Department of the Built Environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the undergraduate admissions process.
• Oversee planning and execution of student recruitment activities, including school visits, education fairs, outreach events, learning journey, etc.
• Represent the department to engage and conduct talks to students about DBE's academic programmes and activities.
• Develop and produce publicity contents, including brochures, online platforms and social media channels.
• Supervise and support student life initiatives and engagement activities.
• Coordinate career preparatory and employment talks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior administrative staff.
• Develop and manage donor relationships.
• Support departmental administrative matters as and when assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, including experience managerial/supervisory experience
• Experience in the education sector or familiarity with higher education marketing, including admissions, student recruitment, student services, is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, project management skills, analytical and presentation abilities
• Experience with digital marketing tools, design software
• Skills in content creation (copywriting, editing, etc) and proficient in MS Office applications, digital platforms, etc
• Willing to travel locally and work some evenings/weekends for events
