Job description

The jobholder is responsible for all support operations & facilities related works across all Econ facilities.

  • Assist in reviewing, improving, and implementing processes for kitchen, laundry, and environmental hygiene.
  • Support business units in evaluating and implementing strategies and policies.
  • Oversee facilities management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and timely renewals of licenses.
  • Verify that maintenance services meet contractual agreements and compliance standards.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, automation, digitization, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to facilities executives and technicians.
  • Manage reports, inventory, quotations, and statutory renewals.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or HOD.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any facilities related discipline.
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years working experience in facility management.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Candidate with Fire Safety Manager, WSH, Food Hygiene Certificate has an added advantage
