We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Manager / Assistant Manager, Human Resources (HRBP). This role combines strategic HR business partnering with operational HR and recruitment responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with line managers and employees to support organisational goals and ensure effective HR service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. HR Business Partnering
  • Partner with line managers to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  1. Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time and contingent workforce.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and advise hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting.
  1. HR Operations
  • Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely information.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in an HRBP role and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively with high attention to detail and discretion.
