We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the design and implementation of IT strategies within our HR domain. Reporting to the Director/Assistant Director of HR Technology, you will play an instrumental role in driving digital transformation, elevating service delivery, and optimising technology usage across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement forward-thinking IT strategies that revolutionise how HR leverages technology, ensuring our position at the forefront of digital innovation.
  2. Support cross-institutional harmonisation efforts and drive process re-engineering initiatives to create streamlined, efficient workflows.
  3. Manage the administration, maintenance, and performance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring alignment with SingHealth security protocols and audit recommendations.
  4. Manage IT systems integration projects, facilitating seamless data exchange between HRIS and other designated systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Pioneer innovative HR technology solutions that advance our organisational objectives and improve employee experience.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a HR business environment, including 2 years in people management.
  2. Knowledge of HR systems and HR web-based applications.
  3. Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  5. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
