As a Manager, Ambulatory Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Use data to understand and design care models and processes.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for design and implementation.

• Ensure proper resourcing and adhere to timelines.

• Investigate and address patient and public feedback with relevant stakeholders.

• Implement necessary improvements based on feedback.

• Report key performance indicators to Senior Management and MOH.

• Continuously enhance dash-boarding for accurate and timely performance visibility.

• Plan and procure items for operations, including consumables and equipment.

• Collaborate with Facility Management and IT for maintenance and efficient patient care delivery.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience in Healthcare/Operations management.
