Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and engineers, fostering a data-driven culture. Drive BI strategy aligned with business goals and KPIs. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven decisions and automation. Own end-to-end BI project delivery, ensuring data integrity and innovation.
2. Data Management & Insights: Oversee data collection, storage, integration, and governance. Work with DevOps/IT/Data Engineering/AI teams on data architecture, ETL pipelines, and integrations. Ensure effective data visualization and reporting. Conduct data profiling and quality checks.
3. Technical Leadership & Innovation: Design and implement scalable BI solutions, optimize tools and processes. Use SQL, Python, Data Warehousing, ETL, Cloud platforms to enhance infrastructure. Develop dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Superset, or Excel. Drive automation to improve efficiency. Evaluate new technologies.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Work with stakeholders to define BI requirements. Translate business needs into technical solutions. Provide thought leadership on data trends. Present insights to executives to support business growth and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
• 3+ years in team leadership and project management in BI
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL, Data Warehousing
• Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Superset, Excel)
• Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS) and data modeling
• Experience with large-scale data and automation in reporting
• Strong problem-solving, business acumen, communication, stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Marketing Analytics
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven BI solutions
