Job description

Truegenics is a leading eCommerce company with a proven track record of over US$218M in online product sales. Our affiliate program has been a long-standing and critical driver of our success in the US market.

We are hiring a Manager to join our Affiliate (Channel) Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and who are passionate about building high-impact partnerships that drive revenue and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Revenue & Margin: Execute partner-specific offers, creative updates, and funnel tests to drive EPC, AOV, and conversion lift.

  • Affiliate Recruitment & Activation: Identify, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners. Ensure they go live quickly and stay active.

  • Account Management: Serve as the daily POC for your portfolio of affiliates—answer questions, resolve blockers, and optimize their campaigns.

  • Campaign Execution: Deploy launches, bonuses, contests, and seasonal promos in sync with internal teams (Creative, Product, Tech) to boost engagement, sales performance, and partner loyalty.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Audit partner activity and promotional methods to ensure compliance with guidelines, T&Cs, and brand tone.

  • Performance Analysis: Deliver weekly reports and insights on affiliate activity, highlighting wins, gaps, and next actions.

  • Feedback Loop: Channel market and partner feedback to internal stakeholders to improve offers, messaging, and partner tools.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or digital marketing, with at least 3 years managing affiliate or channel partner programs.

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through partner or affiliate networks.

  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and networking skills—you enjoy pitching, connecting, and following through.

  • Background in personal care, health, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of online sales and digital marketing channels.

  • Skilled in partnership management and negotiation.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, vlookup, trend analysis)

  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing time independently.

  • Willingness to travel to the U.S. or other locations for networking conferences or business needs, approximately 2–3 times per year.

Other Notes

This role follows a hybrid work arrangement, with three fixed in-office days each week.

While the core working hours align with Singapore time, regular collaboration with US-based partners necessitates evening calls. These night meetings may be attended remotely. The expected working hours are as follows:

  • 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM SGT (core daytime hours)

  • 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM / 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM SGT (for US partner meetings)

In addition, attendance at a scheduled monthly 8:00 AM SGT meeting is required.
