In consultation with the Redmart campaigns and commercial teams, design new advertising packages or propose improvements to existing packages to increase advertising revenue, while delivering ROI to our vendors and merchants.
Drive adoption of pay-per-click solutions (e.g. search advertising) among Redmart vendors and merchants.
Advertising Operations and Governance
Oversee end-to-end governance of Redmart Marketing Solutions, including but not limited to solutions booking processes, policies, scheduling and prioritisation.
Manage backend booking platform and billing process.
Reporting and Steering
Manage reporting and dashboarding requirements; monitor and report on Redmart advertising revenues on a regular basis and make recommendations to drive incremental revenues.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in advertising / retail media operations, campaign management, digital marketing operations, or e-commerce operations.
Strong operational and executional skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Solid understanding of online advertising workflows, campaign tracking, and performance optimization.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to generate reports and insights.
Experience handling financial transactions such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliations.
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good to Have:
Experience with advertising platforms, media buying, or ad-serving technologies.
Ability to understand business objectives and align operational processes to support them.
Experience in project management and process automation to improve workflow efficiencies.
Prior experience in troubleshooting campaign issues and working with technical teams for resolution.
