Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet project completion targets.
  • Coordinate and monitor work progress on-site through regular site inspections and participation in project meetings.
  • Lead site coordination and execution activities related to the construction project.
  • Ensure that construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems align with approved construction plans and design drawings.
  • Assist the Construction Manager and Project Manager in managing subcontractors and resolving on-site technical and engineering matters.
  • Lead a team of supervisors and engineers to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Conduct and facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legislative, and safety requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in building projects within a main contractor environment.
  • Ability to work independently with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to manage various disciplines and consortium partners.
  • Technically competent with excellent problem-solving abilities.
