Job Responsibilities
- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet project completion targets.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress on-site through regular site inspections and participation in project meetings.
- Lead site coordination and execution activities related to the construction project.
- Ensure that construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems align with approved construction plans and design drawings.
- Assist the Construction Manager and Project Manager in managing subcontractors and resolving on-site technical and engineering matters.
- Lead a team of supervisors and engineers to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct and facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legislative, and safety requirements.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in building projects within a main contractor environment.
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to manage various disciplines and consortium partners.
