- Arrange purchase of raw materials and support PO preparation
- Arrange purchase of consumables and parts of equipment
- Schedule manufacturing products
- Operate manufacturing and inspection
- Arrange disposal and recycling items
- Lead and motivate members to fulfil schedules, improve control costs and quality
- Improve manufacturing processes
- Ensure to promote atmosphere allowing members to use best of their skills
- Handle/address defective items and products
- Support to create and contract specification of raw materials and consumables
- Mass transferring and check quality of initial products
- Communicate with local and overseas vendors
- Manage equipment check and maintenance
- Arrange/support for purchase and installation of new equipment
- Create and review procedure, check-list of equipment
- Create own and member's objectives/goals
- Interview with team members for evaluation
- Cooperate with R&D members
