Responsibilities

• Arrange purchase of raw materials and support PO preparation
• Arrange purchase of consumables and parts of equipment
• Schedule manufacturing products
• Operate manufacturing and inspection
• Arrange disposal and recycling items
• Lead and motivate members to fulfil schedules, improve control costs and quality
• Improve manufacturing processes
• Ensure to promote atmosphere allowing members to use best of their skills
• Handle/address defective items and products
• Support to create and contract specification of raw materials and consumables
• Mass transferring and check quality of initial products
• Communicate with local and overseas vendors
• Manage equipment check and maintenance
• Arrange/support for purchase and installation of new equipment
• Create and review procedure, check-list of equipment
• Create own and member's objectives/goals
• Interview with team members for evaluation
• Cooperate with R&D members
• Troubleshoot problems/issues
• Communicate with building owners and government agencies
• Enforce health and safety precautions
