About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager – Human Resources to lead HR operations for our Singapore office. This role will be instrumental in driving regional compliance, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR practices with global standards. You will be the go-to HR leader in Singapore, partnering closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless people operations across borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage in-country HR operations, ensuring alignment with Singapore’s labor laws and regional regulations.

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

  • Drive key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.

  • Oversee statutory compliance, employee relations, and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

  • Leverage HRIS systems and data analytics to improve HR efficiency and workforce insights.

  • Prepare and present HR dashboards and performance metrics using advanced Excel and presentation tools.

  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 9+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to regional HR operations.

  • Strong command of Singaporean labor laws and HR regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Proven ability to work across geographies and diverse cultures.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and HRIS platforms.

  • High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools for reporting and decision support.
