Job description

The Cleaning Operations Manager is responsible for managing the cleaning operations of the organization. This includes overseeing the management of resources on project sites, directing and monitoring business operations, developing operation plans, managing service contracts and incidents, and communicating with stakeholders and clients to ensure quality work. He/She is also required to carry out capability development activities and any other operational requirements as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision: Hands-on work on the ground, training, and supervising cleaning staff to ensure they meet performance standards and follow safety protocols.
2. Scheduling: Create and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all areas and shifts.
3. Quality Control: Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed to ensure uninterrupted services.
5. Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Training: Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
7. Safety: Ensure safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment.
