The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) invites a policy, planning and commerce professional to join our Resource Strategy Department. You will help drive long-term agri-food infrastructure, develop resource strategies and commercial planning aligned with Singapore’s food security goals.
You will collaborate with government partners, operators and tenants to design governance frameworks, evaluate land and space needs, and shape policy instruments that support resilient, market-relevant infrastructure
The mission of the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) is to ensure and secure a supply of safe food for Singapore. As part of SFA's efforts to enhance food security and resilience, the Resource Strategy Department drives the long-term planning and development of agri-food infrastructure and enabling ecosystem through resource strategies, policy development, commercial planning.
The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with stakeholders across government agencies, operators, and tenants to develop innovative infrastructure modalities, ensuring relevancy and currency of resource-related policies, and commercial solutions that support and advance Singapore’s agri-food ecosystem.

The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) is a new Statutory Board formed under the ‘Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) to oversee food safety and security. The SFA will serve as the single point of contact for public feedback on food‑related issues, and strengthen management of foodborne disease outbreaks to protect public health.The SFA will also facilitate more business‑friendly regulations with oversight of all food safety policies and consolidation of food laboratory capabilities to deepen competencies in food diagnostics, and research and development in food safety.
