A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to develop project plans and lead teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with project management methodologies. Responsibilities include managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring quality standards.
1. Developing project plans, defining scope, setting objectives, and establishing timelines.
2. Allocating resources (personnel, budget, materials), managing procurement, and optimizing resource utilization.
3. Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication.
4. Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues as they arise
5. Able to handle all inhouse rules and regulation.
6. Tracking progress against the plan, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions.
7. Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and customers requirements.
8. Finalizing project documentation, conducting post-project reviews, and ensuring lessons learned are captured.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
10. Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire project teams to achieve common goals.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions.
12. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and keep projects on track.
13. Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and software.
