Job summary

RRK Construction & Engineering PTE. LTD.

in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to direct on-site workers, crew members and subcontractors, coordinate equipment and daily labor deployment, and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications to meet project milestones. You will enforce safety protocols, conduct routine site inspections, ensure PPE compliance, and respond to incidents according to protocol.

Responsibilities

• Direct and schedule on-site workers, crew members, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate equipment, machinery, and daily labor deployment.
• Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Track daily work progress against established project milestones.
• Enforce local workplace safety and health (WSH) protocols.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify and remove workplace hazards.
• Ensure all workers wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Respond to on-site incidents or emergencies according to protocol.
• Inspect completed work to ensure alignment with design drawings and building codes.
• Oversee delivery, storage, and usage of building materials to minimize waste.
• Take site measurements and check material specifications.
• Prepare daily site logs, progress updates, and incident reports.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Resolve minor labor disputes or supplier delays on-site
