Lead end-to-end planning and execution of furniture production and delivery schedules, ensuring timely completion and quality compliance.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, manpower deployment, and resource allocation across multiple ongoing projects.
• Implement systems to track project performance, risks, and resource utilization; troubleshoot delays and operational issues.
• Manage and supervise cross-departmental teams including production, logistics, admin, and client servicing.
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and mentoring to build a strong, motivated, and cohesive workforce.
• Establish and promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Developing business strategies, KPIs, and financial planning.
• Generate operational reports, client updates, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to process standardization, SOP development, and implementation of best practices.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage client expectations, coordinate meetings, and ensure service satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster long-term relationships to support recurring business opportunities and referrals.
• Ensure all operational activities adhere to legal regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control measures.
