Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shop. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the shop’s performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to meet sales and service targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering and control
- Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation
- Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Work closely with management on marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or beauty/wellness shop management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
- Bilingual in English and Chinese/Malay is an advantage
