Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects within our fast-paced media company. You will play a key role in optimizing internal processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across departments, including content production, marketing, and client servicing.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions to improve productivity and resource management.
  • Coordinate schedules, timelines, and deliverables for media campaigns and production projects.
  • Oversee budgets, invoices, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Track KPIs and generate reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with creative, editorial, sales, and tech teams to maintain high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Support business development initiatives, including proposal planning and partnership coordination.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of operations or administrative staff.
  • Requirements
  • Media Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or team leadership, preferably in the media, advertising, or digital content industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking tools.
  • Proficient in productivity and collaboration software (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, Notion, Trello).
  • A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with media production processes (TV, digital content, podcasts, etc.)
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and [insert language, if relevant] is an advantage.
