Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented Manager to lead fundraising, partnerships, grant administration, and secretarial duties. The ideal candidate will develop and execute fundraising initiatives, foster partnerships, manage grants, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and oversee secretarial functions. Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating social impact for persons with disabilities (PWDs) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support.
- Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration opportunities.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities aligned with organisational goals.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Monitor and track grant expenditures, providing impact reports to funders.
- Analyse funding trends and develop strategies for long-term sustainability.
Finance Management:
- Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Secretarial Duties:
- Coordinate with the appointed secretariat for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Oversee AGM logistics, communications, and documentation.
- Manage registration, stakeholder updates, and post-meeting reports.
Administrative & Other Duties:
- Perform high-quality administrative tasks to support organisational operations.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned to achieve strategic objectives.
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Experience in communications, including social media management, publicity, and public education campaigns is an advantage.
Who We Are Looking For:
You will report directly to the Head of the Organisation or a designated representative in their absence.
Requirements:
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of finance management, grant administration, including proposal writing and compliance.
- Ability to analyse data and optimise strategies.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in coordinating meetings and stakeholder engagements.
