Job description

You will provide day-to-day operational support to the Neuroscience Specialist Outpatient Clinic (NSOC) at NNI@TTSH including managing improvement processes and projects. In addition, you will also support the Assistant Director, Clinical Support Operations, as well as Head, Ambulatory Services and key leadership in COO’s office in delivering high standards of efficiency, service and quality patient care in alignment with the strategic objectives of NNI.

You will have the opportunity to plan, coordinate and evaluate the operational activities within our specialist clinic, and lead your team of PSAs in delivering consistently excellent service quality to patients. You will collaborate closely with other departments to put in place strategically sound work plans, best practices and ensure efficient processes for the clinic.

Requirement:

  • Recognized degree with at least 8 years' relevant working experience of which at least 2 years’ in a managerial experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Have experience in clinical operations in a hospital or institution
  • Possess strong analytical, supervisory and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated, results-oriented and focused on the service excellence aspect of patient care
