Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical repair background in refrigerators and washing machines, along with proficiency in rental management, customer service, and financial documentation handling. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Mechanical Repair Expertise:

Utilize in-depth knowledge of refrigerator and washing machine mechanics to provide guidance and support to the repair team.

Conduct quality control checks on repair work, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer expectations.

Troubleshoot complex repair issues and provide technical solutions.

Rental Management:

Oversee the rental operations, including property maintenance, lease agreements, and tenant relations.

Ensure timely collection of rent, handle rental inquiries, and address tenant concerns.

Coordinate property inspections and facilitate the resolution of any maintenance issues.

Customer Service:

Establish and maintain exceptional customer service standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.

Financial Documentation Handling:
