HOW DO TRAINEES ASSIST THE COMPANY

As an Events Management Trainee, you play a crucial role in delivering seamless execution of events to meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Event Execution Excellence:
    Work with experienced managers to execute flawless events by liaising with 3rd party partners, ensuring services are secured according to requirements and managing pre-event client correspondence.
  • Administrative Expertise:
    Develop organisational skills by preparing administrative documents for event day use, including but not limited to registration collation, printing guest name badges, creating holding slides, drafting emcee scripts, and minute-by-minute administrative programmes and more.
  • Client Engagement:
    Interact directly with government sector clients and international VIPs, ensuring client expectations are not only met but exceeded through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Skill Development:
    Gain hands-on experience that allows you to evolve from a supporting role to a competent event professional, capable of quoting, managing, and executing professional events for the government sector.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Singapore citizenship currently residing in Singapore.
  • Bachelor’s degree (expected by 2025) preferred, especially in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or Hospitality.
  • Excellent command of the English language for effective and professional communication with government sector clients and international VIPs.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, etc. to facilitate working in-person at the office, remotely from event venue or at home.
  • Highly sense of responsbility and willingness to learn
  • Disciplined and self-motivated to work independently and remotely when required.
