Job Scope:

Management Trainee (Retail)

• Learn and rotate through key retail functions including sales, customer service, inventory, and cashiering.

• Assist in daily shop operations and support the store team in achieving sales and service goals.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product knowledge and recommendations.

• Participate in stock taking, product merchandising, and display setup.

• Ensure smooth operations during shifts and uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards.

• Support the Store Manager or Supervisor in administrative tasks and special projects.

Showroom Manager

• Lead and manage the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, inventory control, product display, and cleanliness.

• Train, coach, and motivate staff to ensure productivity and professionalism.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.

• Plan and execute promotions, visual merchandising, and showroom layout.

• Prepare sales reports and operational feedback for senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in retail/showroom management, preferably in interior surfaces, luxury home furnishings, or architectural materials is an advantage.

• Passion for design, architecture, and luxury interiors.
