Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily outlet operations, including scheduling, employee communication, and training.
2. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
3. Create a positive and rewarding customer experience.
4. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
