We are a well established Food Manufacturing Company in Jalan Boon Lay looking for a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of MANAGEMENT TRAINEE.

As a Management Trainee, you will join the company as a Trainee Associate and undergo on-the-job training in key departments to build foundation in our core business functions. This aims to prepare you for a long-term role supporting our Research & Development (R&D) and Sales & Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Undergo on-the-job training by working with teams across key departments
• Gain hands-on experience and develop a strong understanding of day-to-day operations, our products and customer segments.
• Support cross-functional projects that impact both R&D and Sales teams
• Learn and contribute to the development of new products, market strategies, and operational improvements
• Assist in sales and marketing campaigns and product launches
